Select pieces from our collection are available for short-term rental for use in film, photography, commercial projects, and studio staging. Our vintage inventory offers character, restraint, and visual integrity — ideal for creative productions that require thoughtful, design-minded pieces. Rentals are available to art directors, stylists, production designers, set decorators, and commercial clients working on high-quality campaigns or environments.

How It Works

  1. Submit a Rental Request
    Use the form to tell us about your project, what you're looking for, and key details (dates, pickup/drop-off location, production type).

  2. Availability & Quote
    We’ll confirm availability and send a rental quote. Pricing is based on the value, duration, and type of use.

  3. Pickup / Delivery
    Rentals can be picked up from our Montreal or Toronto studios. We do not ship rentals. If arranging pickup, you must send insured professional movers.

Rental Terms & Conditions

  • The rental period begins on the day the item is picked up and ends the day it is returned. Late returns will be charged at a daily rate, based on the original rental agreement. Extensions must be arranged and confirmed in writing before the return deadline.

  • All items must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Items must be clean, undamaged, and unaltered. Excessive wear, staining, or damage may result in repair or replacement charges billed to the client.

  • The client assumes full responsibility and liability for any damage, loss, or theft of rented items from the time of pickup until the item is returned to our studio and verified by our staff. This includes damage caused by transport, handling, environmental exposure, or misuse.

  • We do not assist with loading or unloading under any circumstances. If assistance is requested or attempted, it will be denied. We offer plastic wrap upon request, but this is the only preparation service we provide.

  • All pickups must be handled by fully insured, professional movers. We reserve the right to refuse release of any item if movers arrive without proper equipment, documentation, or preparedness.

  • Any damage to our studio or building (walls, floors, elevators, doors) caused during pickup or return will be billed to the client. We may also charge for any time lost due to delays, improper coordination, or obstruction caused by unprofessional conduct.

  • We do not offer on-site styling, installation, supervision, or troubleshooting of any kind. If these services are required, they must be contracted separately through third parties.

  • A security deposit and/or certificate of insurance (COI) may be required, depending on the item value and project type. We reserve the right to request or increase the deposit amount at any time prior to pickup.

  • Rental fees must be paid in full before pickup. No items will be held without full payment and a signed rental agreement. Quotes are valid for 48 hours unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to pickup are non-refundable. Cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance are subject to a 20% administrative fee unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement.

  • By renting from OFFLINE, the client agrees to all terms stated above. Failure to comply with any condition may result in loss of rental privileges, additional fees, or legal action to recover damages.
